Your are going to be part of
A Global Strategic Account team to support one of our largest accounts in China, together with other dedicated Marketing, Customer Program Manager, Product development and Customer Service Representative professionals. Reporting to the Global Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving the design win efforts, managing commercial and other customer issues and developing customer relationship at all levels.

A look into the life of a Sr. Account Manager

Your responsibilities
  • Responsibility for RF project demand creation, follow R&D project and drive DW on the Ericsson and Datang in China ;
  • Engaging with the customer’s Wireless BU, and other related organizations at all levels and coordinating the consistent and aligned approach to ensure a successful interaction and aligned approach;
  • Enhance and drive Ampleon strategy at the account to maximize DW that result in sustainable market share growth to reach target.
  • With internal resources jointly analyzes current and future market development, promotion strategy and roadmap alignment.
  • Support marketing team on market intelligence and competitive landscape.
  • Sharing best practices with other parts of the organization and other accounts in order to ensure a continuous development of personnel inside the own organization but also in the overall sales organization and account development for Ampleon.

Your profile
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced and seasoned sales professional in China with a successful track record in complex sales environments supported by deep technical knowledge and strong key account management skill
  • The person will locate in Beijing
  • Experience in managing large OEM accounts in telecommunication infrastructure. Highly desirable in established relationship with large accounts in China. At least 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductors / component industries, in particular, selling RFPA to telecom OEMs in China
  • The person will have an international background, cultural savvy and know-how to conduct business effectively on the ground, in China, across globally
  • A degree in related major, preferably electronic technology related. Candidates should have solid understanding of telecom / ICT industry, specially for RFPA market, to be able to gain rapid acceptance by the demanding customer
  • Excellent communication skills is a MUST, including strong presentation and writing skills in both Mandarin and English
  • The successful professional will be a highly driven, results-oriented professional with an open and collaborative style and approach
  • Execution oriented professional who leads from the front and meets commitments
  • Proven ability to see the big picture and translate strategy to pragmatic plans and results
