You are going to be part of
the HR team in the Netherlands, a small, yet dynamic group of experts. We have an international HR team located in China, the Philippines, the Netherlands and France. The HR team at the headquarters in Nijmegen (NL) consists of 4 employees and is mainly responsible for global HR processes and local HR administration for employees in Europe and the USA. In your role you will work closely together with the global HR team, other staff departments and business leaders in different sites of Ampleon.

A look into the life of a HR Analytics Specialist
You will be responsible for a broad scope of activities for the global HR department, your responsibilities and activities will include:
  • Implementing a new global HR system
  • Maintaining all global HR data, and tracking and monitoring all changes
  • Delivering (Power BI) reports (periodic, ad hoc reports, quality & control, headcount reports)
  • Designing, describing, and implementing data processes to support HR systems
  • Creating optimal data structure to link with internal and external interfaces (e.g. SharePoint, payroll providers, etc.)
  • Responsibility for all documentation relating to data processes
  • Staying up to date on new tools / database developments to support system upgrades and new features
  • Running monthly data quality checks and continuously improve processes to safeguard the accuracy
  • Preparing calculations for the short-term and long-term incentive plans
  • Executing global and local recurring processes (performance management cycle, merit proposal round, global engagement survey)
  • Contributing to global remuneration policies

Your profile
We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:
  • 5-10 years’ experience in an HR data/analytics role in an international company
  • Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, data analytics, human resources, or something related
  • Integrity, loyalty, and discrete personality
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
  • Experience with Power BI and knowledge of data modeling and databases
  • Strong affinity with HRM processes
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Applies high standards on quality
  • Pro-active attitude and independent thinker
  • Good understanding of remuneration and benefits
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally as well as written) in English, Dutch is preferred
  • Pre:
  • Experience with working with global initiatives / projects also in a virtual team
  • Affinity with IT (interfaces, connecting applications)
