We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the position of Marketing Automation Specialist at Hitachi Construction Machinery headquarter in Amsterdam

Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3 years in a similar role
Working hours: Full-time
Languages: native/fluent English

Goal
The marketing automation specialist will increase marketing efficiency and generate more targeted leads, professionalize and improve lead conversion rate and ROI. Perform data analysis to identify activity patterns to increase campaign efficiency for HCME and its dealer network.
What you will be doing
  • Assume the role of brand guardian, ensure all marketing communication and collaterals are in line with Brand Guidelines.
  • Maintain agency relationships to ensure day-to-day production
  • Advisory role for marketing automation tool and for all web-related requirements
  • Be an expert of the product and market developments with respect to the competition
  • Ambassador of Hubspot Marketing Automation CRM
  • Fully utilize the power of marketing automation and create personalized customer experiences across direct marketing channels
  • Own and manage automated drip campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across multiple markets with high quality standards
  • Create excellent journeys across all customer lifecycle stages (onboarding, nurture, retention, loyalty, reactivation)
  • Develop, build, and implement processes to optimize our lead generation, email nurture, and re-engagement campaigns
  • Communicate and collaborate with agencies, marketing- and data teams to discuss opportunities, next steps and development of KPIs.
  • Measuring the impact of initiatives on campaign KPI’s
  • Contribution to annual objectives, and develop ways to optimize and scale them
  • Advise marketing colleagues of best practices for structuring and executing campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day production and schedule for all email programs including performance, and product focused campaigns
  • Create and maintain an email calendar, and analyse frequency of send as related to email fatigue
  • Manage and optimize transactional and trigger email campaigns
  • Conduct quality assurance to ensure emails are accurate inclusive of images, links and tracking without error
  • Leverage data and apply industry best practices to optimize the Email program

What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor level (Marketing/Commercial Economies/Communication Management)
  • Minimal 3 years’ experience in a role
  • We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-starting, independent and communicative
  • In addition, it is important that you get energy from building something and using your creativity
  • Proficient in English language, verbal & written, Dutch & other European languages is a plus
