As an Order coordinator you will be,
  • Daily processing of dealer orders
  • In direct contact with dealer planning and confirming a reliable delivery date, follow-up progress in production and process Invoicing after the shipment.
  • Allocate the ordered, requested and forecast according to allocation planning and allocation rules
  • Solve problems with orders, which cannot be shipped according to the shipping plan
  • Ensure related departments handle ‘special’ requests from dealers according to their request
  • Ensure Allocation data is matching SAP data
  • To support making of Shipping Plan and Production Plan
What you need to be successful in this role,
  • Experience in order management in complex supply chains
  • Experience working with stakeholders – Internal, Dealers, Manufacturers etc
  • Hands on knowledge on ERP Systems – SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communicator
