Your Mission

As an Administrative Buyer, you will be at the heart of carrying out administrative tasks within P&P.  You will ensure that actions are performed "right the first time," within legal and HCME standards, helping us deliver excellence in everything we do, from machine performance to customer experience.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acquiring goods, processing invoices, checking inventory for accuracy, following up on orders, maintaining the MRP system, expediting, processing new items, and planning production.

  • Assisting Warehouse and/or Procurement as needed.

  • Correct deviations and/or report them to supervisors. Investigate and make proposals to increase reliability and efficiency.

  • Correctly carrying out assigned tasks and complying with regulations.

  • Reporting observed and/or suspected deviations of any kind.

  • Collaborating effectively with all departments within Hitachi, allowing for a broad and flexible deployment of administrative tasks within Production and Procurement.

What You Bring

  • Preferably very good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA

  • Very good communication skills, able to connect easily with other departments and people

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 42'000 euros and 52'000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
