Your Mission

As the Account Manager Aftersales, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, managing all aspects of parts sales and service-related matters for Construction Machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver expert aftersales support by advising dealers on strategies to improve their sales performance, service levels and operational efficiency. The ultimate goal is to maximize dealer performance, drive parts sales, and contribute significantly to the overall profitability of HCME.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you are the primary driver of aftersales performance for a portfolio of international dealers. You work hands-on with dealers to grow parts and service revenue, using data, programs, and on-site engagement to build a sustainable aftersales business. You collaborate closely with colleagues in Amsterdam, Oosterhout, and Japan, and you travel internationally to support dealer development, campaigns, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership & Performance Management

  • Own the full aftersales performance (Parts, Service, Maintenance Contracts & Extended Warranty) across assigned international dealers
  • Translate corporate aftersales strategy into clear dealer-specific business plans, targets, and annual budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustainable target achievement.

Dealer Development & Commercial Excellence

  • Act as a strategic partner to dealers, coaching and challenging them to increase aftersales maturity, operational efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Strengthen recurring revenue streams by improving maintenance contract penetration and service agreement performance.

Growth Acceleration & Value Chain Execution

  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights (machine population, parts potential, market share analysis).
  • Lead the execution of Parts & Service value chain initiatives, new programs, campaigns, and product rollouts in close cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent ability gained through work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Good time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Background in logistics and/or supply chain
  • Being driven by results and performance
  • Strong communication and analytical

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 50’500 euros and 80’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
