Your Mission

As a Planning Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of coordinating the translation of the sales demand / prospects into material and capacity needs.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operations planning based on compiling monthly Operational Plans and scenarios based upon sales forecasts, supply chain and operations capacity constraints

• Coordinating, compiling and monitoring progress of production and material supply schedule

• Coordinating the ordering process of base machines

• Taking care of execution of SOX/COSO controls

• Supply plan control and improvement

• Executing of tasks according to ISO and other procedures

• Creation of base machine purchase orders according to forecast, lead time and pricing

• Coordinating the production at HCME factories based on set deadlines

• Maintaining up to date forecasts BOMs, percentage planning and SAP APO master data

What You Bring

• BSc, BEng or MSc degree (education in either International business, Business Economics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Mathematics)

• Fluent in English

• Previous experience with Sales and Operations Supply Planning

• Being driven by results and performance

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Familiarity with Integrated business planning (IBP) process

• Data-driven approach

• Good time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

What We Offer

• Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 49’000 euros and 72’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
