Your Mission

As a Business Data Analyst, you are responsible for translating business data into actionable insights that support decision-making, process optimization, and strategic initiatives. You combine technical skills in Power BI with a strong understanding of business processes and act as a bridge between data and operations. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving customer and dealer support through actionable insights. You will be part of the Digitalization & Innovation team, working closely with colleagues to improve data-driven processes within the Parts organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting & Automation

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Automate and streamline various reporting flows.

Business Collaboration

  • Actively contribute to reporting initiatives in collaboration with colleagues from the Digitalization & Innovation team.

  • Collaborate with departments such as Parts Sales, Procurement, Customer Support, Inventory Management, and Product Management to understand information needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Data Quality & Innovation

  • Analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, Datalake, CRM, etc.) and translate findings into concrete business recommendations.

  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the organization.

  • Support the development of data models and improve data quality.

  • Document reporting structures and data definitions.

  • Contribute to digitalization and innovation projects across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI and building interactive dashboards.

  • Experience with data modeling, DAX, and connecting various data sources.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IDMS.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, Co-pilot and other Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Understanding of business processes in supply chain, parts, or sales is a plus.

  • Experience working in a B2B environment or with dealer networks is a plus.

  • Affinity with construction machinery or technical products is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 46’000 euros and 65’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
