We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the position Manager ERP Services at Hitachi Construction Machinery headquarter in Amsterdam.

Working hours: 40 Hours
Languages: native/fluent English, native/fluent Dutch

What you will be doing
  • Day-to-day service & tactical management of ERP (SAP-D365) services incidents and changes to HCME business in collaboration with local coordinators and our international ERP (SAP-D365) support organization e.g. approval of production transport in change management process,
  • Management of incidental basis of P1 & P2 issues outside of office hours,
  • Responsible for vendor management, regular communication with offshore team/leader, if necessary support of selection, benchmarking and bidding processes for transfer to future vendors,
  • Coordination and performance of compliance activities related to ERP (SAP-D365) and if necessary resolving deficiencies,
  • Management and development of the HCME ERP (SAP-D365) Super User community,
  • Management and development of interfaces to ERP (SAP-D365) (Pathfinder)
  • Management of the ERP (SAP-D365) Change Advisory Board

Projects & Improvements
  • Project management of ERP (SAP-D365) business projects and ERP (SAP-D365) add-ons in the areas of Fiori Dealer and Direct Sales, SD, PP, WM, MM, FICO, QM, APO and EveryAngle end to end; requirements management with the business, development of business cases, vendor selection and project management, to be performed in close collaboration with our ERP (SAP-D365) support organization and external vendors based in The Netherlands, UK, Belgium and India,
  • Improving, reporting and monitoring projects successful (on-time, on budget, per expectation), process improvements based on KPI metrics and implementations based on best practices,
  • Project management activities for the upgrade of HCME’s ERP (SAP-D365) ECC 6.0 EHP5 environment to S4 HANA and other large business projects,
  • Proactively support and ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer and handover to ERP (SAP-D365) support organization,
  • Bring new ideas and concept that can create competitive strategic advantage to the organization,
  • Ensure compliance of ERP (SAP-D365) projects with Hitachi IT Security Policy,

What you will need to succeed
 
  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT and management,
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing ERP (SAP-D365) services in an Enterprise environment, in a ERP (SAP-D365) project management role and / or consultant role supporting multiple ERP (SAP-D365) modules; heavy industry, warehouse management, sales and finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language (written and spoken),
  • Certification and experience with Agile and Prince2,
