Demand Analyst
Location: Amsterdam

The role:

Identify, set up and review the strategic insights coming from Forecast and Market Demand Establish. Develop and maintain relationships with HCME key partners to align them with company’s strategic goals.

The responsibilities:

• Acquire insights from HCME operational departments and market research to identify factors and root causes which will generate actions to meet HCME targets

• Gather qualitative Intelligence insights (CECE, Off-highway, iHS) and translate them into understandable information for strategic decision

• Analyze quantitative information and visualize into business analytics reports

• Act as communication hub between the sales and the production to resolve daily operational issues and develop accurate plan

• Improvement and control over Monthly budget to create a better insight in supply and demand ratio and affect strategic actions

• Help identify and review KPI with the Sales and Marketing Team to identify possible countermeasures as key drivers for Sales.

Who are we looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in demand or data analysis in manufacturing environment

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and very good knowledge of SAP

• Data driven personality and analytics enthusiast

• Outstanding time management skills and ability to work under the time pressure
