HR Officer (32-40h/week)
Location: Amsterdam

The team:

The HR Services team is a part of wider HR Department, cross collaborating with HR colleagues, management and employees. Within our company it plays a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent development, ensuring a supportive work environment. Our team is young and dynamic, consisting of around 10 members, fostering an innovative and inclusive culture.

The responsibilities:

  • Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.

  • First HR contact for employees; Investigates and advises employees on personnel matters for example care leave, parental leave, part-time work, preparing briefing papers as required and discuss with the manager

  • Support HR Business Partner at advising managers

  • Support Manager HR Services and HR Business Partner(s) in implementing HR policy and project on relevant topics

  • Assist with correct personnel administration regarding recruitment, promotion, dismissal, illness, and other personnel instruments

  • Illness guidance: maintain contact with managers and follow up necessary administrative actions.

  • Maintain and improve the supply of tertiary labor conditions

  • Coordinating (flex) recruitment for the factory


Who are we looking for:

  • Strong background in HR related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience

  • MBO / Bachelor’s degree

  • English and Dutch language knowledge in word and writing

  • Experience in supporting blue-collar and white-collar colleagues

  • Accurate, structured and proactive administrative talent

  • Excellent communicator and team player
