Your Mission

As a Product Support ECCP (Land Surveyor) at HCME, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction and engineering activities understanding leading and control through high-precision land measurement equipment, data analysis, mapping, and site verification the interaction between the top brands of the market interaction with our top of the class machinery. Your expertise ensures that our machines, projects, and customers operate with maximum accuracy and efficiency in a smooth precision.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including, Sales, and Dealers—to provide essential geospatial data and insights. Your work will directly contribute to product development, site validation, machine guidance systems, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct field surveys using total stations, GNSS/GPS equipment, laser scanners, and other surveying technologies.

  • Prepare topographic surveys, site layouts, testing the interaction between machinery and customer requirements..

  • Analyse, process, and validate survey data using CAD, GIS, or 3D modelling software.

  • Support the development and calibration of machine-control systems (e.g., 2D/3D guidance technologies).

  • Provide essential surveying support to dealers and customers for machine installation, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with our engineering teams by providing accurate land and site data for product improvement and new equipment development.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and digital files for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Offer occasional on-site field support across Europe (upon request).

What You Bring

  • Educational background in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GNSS/GPS, digital levels, laser scanning, machine-control calibration).

  • Excellent skills in data processing tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS software, Leica/Trimble systems, or similar).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting customers and teams.

  • Working proficiency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe, Japan).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D machine guidance systems (Leica, Trimble, Topcon)

  • Knowledge of construction equipment, civil works, or earthmoving operations

  • Experience collaborating with dealers, contractors, or construction-site teams

  • Familiarity with UAV/drone surveying workflows

  • Knowledge or basic understanding of hydraulics

What We Offer

  • A yearly gross salary between €52,000 and €80,000 (incl. holiday allowance, depending on experience) + guaranteed 4% bonus
