We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the position of D365 Service Coordinator role Hitachi Construction Machinery EU headquarter in Amsterdam.

 
What you will be doing

•    Day-to-day management of D365 services, alignment with the business (Super Users and Stream Leads); issue tracking resolution, service level tracking, requirement management
•    Creating and maintaining a backlog with desired improvements for the business Organisation
•    Assisting the business with drafting business cases
•    Planning and proactively providing solutions and proposals based on current issues and / or business requirements on technical, business, or operational processes
•    Facilitating communication and understanding between business & suppliers
•    Creating and maintaining D365 & EDI documentation, standards, procedures manual and e-learnings
•    Ensuring D365 services compliance and control of IT processes
•    Escalating complex D365 issues to other IT personnel or management and propose solutions 
•    Supporting, collaborating and coordinating IT activities with internal and external stakeholders during projects (performing the role of PMO or project manager depending on the size of the project)

What you will need to succeed

•    Experience with IT-related Support Services 
•    Basic knowledge of EDI services is nice to have
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language
•    Experience of working in an enterprise and complex environment
•    Experience in ITIL / Agile
