The team:

The Pricing Analyst Parts is part of the department Part Sales. The department is responsible for the overall revenue and profit of parts and provides data and insights to Procurement, Parts Sales Team, Management. With the data and insights, all related parties will check the progress on sales, profitability, HCME yearly budget and make strategic decisions.

The role:
In the role of Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for daily maintenance of spare parts pricing, development and implementation of our pricing strategy, conduct market analyses and supporting our purchase and sales department in order to maximize departmental profitability.


The responsibilities:
  • Determine and develop, in consultation with the Manager Parts Sales, new parts pricing and business models. Taking strategic, tactical and operational considerations into account leading to an effective go-to-market approach which is in line with HCME’s overall strategy.
  • Define and process information to transform into business analytics reports (IDMS, Power BI, Syncron and Excel) to use for determining price strategy.
  • Assess pricing structure, including sales prices, discounts, net prices to provide recommendations for optimized pricing structure.
  • Project management, planning, organizing, and managing projects to increase revenue and maximizing profit.
  • Perform market research on competitor and dealer pricing level.
  • Analyse pricing data from industry standards, sales data, and competitors to identify sales market price.
  • Secure an efficient and customer driven handling of operational pricing matters
Who are we looking for:
  • You have the ability to analyze market and supplier data and convert this into solid action plans
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Power BI and strong data analytical skills, knowledge of Synchron and MS D365 is desired
  • You have experience in project management
  • You feel confident to negotiate, this both with internal and external stakeholders
