Your Mission

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be at the intersection of business and technology, helping transform raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business teams to understand their needs, collaborate with data engineers to develop scalable data models, and deliver high-quality visualizations that drive smarter decision-making. You will support efforts to build a data-driven culture across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with the Business Analytics Team supporting on different tasks (Dashboarding and data exploration).

  • Collaborate with data engineers to create clean, high-performance, and reliable data models.

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports in collaboration with colleagues from the Business Analytics team to meet business needs.

  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices for data visualization and analytics.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into data and technical requirements.

  • Participate in business discussions, identifying business domain needs to effectively translate them into data solutions (dashboards, reports, models, ad-hoc analysis).

  • Work closely with colleagues in the Business Analytics team to maintain current data solutions, ensuring they remain up to date in terms of data quality and performance.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and anomalies.

  • Leverage cloud technologies to provide innovative solutions for the business.

  • Responsible for gathering and refining business requirements (in collaboration with teammates from the Business Analytics Team) that need to be translated into actionable data products (dashboards, reports, ad-hoc analysis).

  • Responsible for creating dashboards and reports in the proposed tech stack (Azure, Databricks, and PowerBI).

  • Improve existing workflows and dashboards.

  • Collaborate within the team to meet deadlines on projects (delivery of dashboards, reports, data models).

  • Responsible for documenting the data landscape of HCME.

  • Innovate and propose new report designs in PowerBI.

What You Bring

  • 0+ year of experience in a similar analytical or business-focused role;

  • A completed Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Math or Engineering;

  • A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Power BI, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business strategies;

  • Python skills, R skills and/or other programming languages is considered a strong asset;

  • Fluent in English, a second European language is a plus;

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization;

  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with new tools and technologies;

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 49'000 euros and 72'000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
