Giving high satisfaction to dealers and customers through technical and field support, also judgement and settlement for the warranty claims.
Providing helpdesk function for dealers handling technical correspondence, supporting or assistance
Provide essential surveying support to dealers and customers for machine installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support the development and calibration of machine-control systems (e.g., 2D/3D guidance technologies). Such as Leica, Trimble, Topcon.
Analyze process, and validate survey data using CAD, GIS, or 3D modelling software.
Giving instructions on new products
Troubleshooting and corresponding on technical questions or inquiries from dealers and Sales dept.
Coordinate modifications
Judgment, registration, analysis and settlement of the warranty claims from the dealers in different territories
Leading the negotiation between the dealer and the manufacturer
Giving technical training for current/new models to dealers, users and employees.
Assistance and instruction of the E-service system at the dealer locations
Technical information feedback to factory for the future products improvement.
Preparation/Operation of machine demonstration.
Analyse, process, and validate survey data using CAD, GIS, or 3D modelling software.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge and experience with Leica, Trimble or TopCon
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Willingness to travel in the Netherlands (up to several times a week)
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 52’000 euros and 80’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
27 days of leave + 13 extra collective days of leave (ADV)
