We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the position of HR-Officer at Hitachi Construction Machinery headquarter in Amsterdam.
 
Department: HR
Working hours: 32-40 Hours
Languages: native/fluent Dutch & English
 
What you will be doing
  • Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
  • First HR contact for employees; Investigates and advises employees on personnel matters for example care leave, parental leave, part-time work, preparing briefing papers as required and discuss with the manager
  • Support HR Business Partner at advising managers
  • Support Manager Labor Relations & Administration and HR Business Partner(s) in implementing HR policy and project on relevant topics
  • Assist with correct personnel administration regarding recruitment, promotion, dismissal, illness, and other personnel instruments
  • Illness guidance: maintain contact with managers and follow up necessary actions.
  • Maintain and improve the supply of tertiary labor conditions.
  • Maintaining HR communication plan, including relevant performance

What you will need to succeed
  • Proven work experience in HR min. 2 years
  • Preference HBO Human Resource Management/MBO combined with relevant work experience
  • Strong in English and Dutch in word and writing
  • Basic knowledge ’Wet Verbetering Poortwachter’ and absenteeism
  • Absence guidance experience
  • You are punctual, administrative talent, accurate and structured
  • Strong communicator, proactive, organizational talent, and a good planner
