The team:

The role is part of the Production & Procurement division whose mission is of being a reliable hub in the production and supply of standard custom solutions for the HCME sales channels.

The Production team consists of approx. 140 direct workers divided into 5 Flow-units, consisting of 20 to 30 employees.

The role:

The main goal of the role is to lead and coordinate a flow-unit within the production department. To produce construction machinery and/or parts for machinery. According to the HCME standard quality and technical instructions with respect for the environment, safe, in time and in a cost-efficient manner.


The responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate team members. Provide clear and effective feedback to team members aimed on improvement.

• Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant performance, resulting in timely corrective and preventive measures.

• Analysis of performance, making proposals for process optimisations, cost savings

• Decision making and problem solving within the Flow-unit.

• Follow-up on Operational KPI’s related to Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery and Environment

• Take care of the employees hour registration  and follow-up on absenteeism

Who are we looking for:

• Min. 3 years of working experience in a leadership role

• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proactive and goal oriented person with can-do attitude
