Assistant Manager Facility & Safety

The team:

Working in a small dedicated team, we monitor our outsourced vendor for both soft and hard services. Facility Management is responsible for all buildings and the related systems. Business partnering with stakeholders is an important aspect to understand and facilitate our colleagues within HCME.

The role:

The position of Assistant Manager Facility & Safety will be jointly responsible for the planning, management and performance of facilities services. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for safety, projects and services including improvement activities on current outsourced vendor.


The responsibilities:

• Primary contact for 3rd party facilities vendor in terms of coordination, tactical management and issue management

• Leading, organizing, planning, checking and prioritizing work to the Facility & Safety team

• Guard quality and progress by executing performance and assessment reviews

• Project management of facility projects to increase performance, satisfaction and reduce cost

• Responsible to ensure compliance with regulatory HSE requirements

Who are we looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in Facility Management

• Proficient in English & Dutch language

• Experience with management of safety issues

• VCA VOL certification

• Proactive, attentive to details and very well organised
