Our recruiting process is as much about finding the right talent to help us achieve our mission, as it is an opportunity for you to get to know Satellogic and the people that make it special. Think of it less as an interview process, but more a conversation where we intend to explore the skills, capabilities and potential you have as an individual.
We will start off by sending you a brief and some further information about Satellogic.
You’ll have a first conversation with the Hiring Manager, which will focus on the technical aspects of the role, the competencies required to master it and relevant experiences you have acquired in your career so far.
Usually we follow-up with a second, more technical deep-dive, where you will have the opportunity to meet another team member of the specific discipline you are applying for.
The third and final round will be with a colleague from our people team - this conversation is focused on your career aspirations as well as understanding your preferences and experiences when it comes to teaming, development, collaboration and other aspects we value as part of our culture.
All conversations are opportunities for you to ask questions - so don’t be shy and ask us anything that will facilitate your decision to join the team.
